Delete your Korvi account
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Korvi account and all associated data, here's how.
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@korvi.eu from the email address associated with your Korvi account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
We'll confirm your request within 48 hours and delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your display name and profile picture
- Your allergen preferences
- Your household membership (other members keep their accounts)
- Any recipes you submitted (unless shared with the community)
- Your feedback messages
What we retain
- Anonymised analytics data (screen views, feature usage — no longer linked to you)
- Community recipes you made public (attributed to "Korvi user" instead of your name)
